ATTENTION!! Important Changes to Non-Domiciled CDL and CLP Requirements- FMCSA published a Final Rule on February 13, 2026, reaffirming, with minor changes, the provisions of the Interim Final Rule (IFR). See Restoring Integrity to the Issuance of Non-Domiciled Commercial Drivers Licenses, 91 Fed. Reg. 7044. The final rule is effective on March 16, 2026.
