The Maine Department of Health and Human Services’ Center for Disease Control and Prevention (Maine CDC) is issuing this Health Alert Network (HAN) Health Advisory to provide updated recommendations for influenza, respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), and COVID-19 vaccination for the 2026–2027 season. The Maine CDC recommends that Maine clinicians follow immunization guidance from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP), American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), and Infectious Diseases Society of America (IDSA).
