Adult Immunization

Vaccines are an important part of staying healthy throughout adulthood. Recommended vaccines can help prevent serious illness and complications and protect others from vaccine-preventable diseases.

Maine’s Universal Immunization Program

Maine’s Universal Immunization Program provides access to routinely recommended vaccines for eligible adults ages 19 through 64 through participating health care providers.

Adults who are uninsured, underinsured, privately insured, or enrolled in MaineCare may be eligible for recommended vaccines through the program.
