We need your help to improve MaineCare. The Office of MaineCare Services is working with Market Decisions Research, a research firm based in Portland, ME, to collect feedback from families with children who are MaineCare members. Each year, the Office of MaineCare Services conducts this survey to hear about:

The health care received by children covered by MaineCare.

Your experience with your child’s MaineCare in the last 6 months.
Participation in this online survey will help us identify ways to improve services for all MaineCare families. MaineCare is committed to providing access to high quality care and services. Your feedback will help us reach this goal.
A small number of parents or guardians of child MaineCare members will be randomly selected to take part in the survey. If you are chosen, someone from Market Decisions Research will contact you by mail, email, or phone. The survey is voluntary and will take between 10-15 minutes to complete.
The information you provide will be kept completely private and confidential, and your answers will never be matched with you or your child’s name. Individual answers will never be seen by MaineCare, or anyone involved with your child’s care and will not impact your child’s eligibility for MaineCare.
