The MaineCare Member Handbook has recently been updated, and we want to make sure you know where to find the most current information about MaineCare programs and services.
Some of the updates include:
- The new MaineCare card
- Complex Case Unit (CCU) Referrals
- Information about Children’s Behavioral Health Services (CBHS)
If you would like a printed copy, you can:
- Call or email the Pharmacy Helpdesk at 1-866-796-2463, or
- Pick up a copy at your local DHHS office.
Please note that printed copies of the handbook may contain older information.
